When will I get my order?
We dispatch the next working day. Delivery takes 3–4 working days after that (Monday to Saturday).
Why do I pay something first?
To confirm a Cash on Delivery order, you pay the delivery charge first (30% for orders of PKR 8,000 or more). It is taken off your total.
Can I return a watch?
We send you a photo or video of your watch before packing, so there are no returns. If you get the wrong watch, tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours.
